By accessing, browsing, or using the services provided by Modern Energy Innovations (“MEI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Services Provided

Modern Energy Innovations offers residential solar energy solutions, including solar panel installations, solar battery installations, main electrical panel upgrades, and existing solar system upgrades. We strive to simplify solar adoption by managing sales consultations, installation, and customer support entirely in-house.

Pricing and Quotations

All quotations provided by MEI are customized and based on specific information provided by you. Quotations remain valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise specified. MEI reserves the right to adjust pricing based on additional services or requirements that were not previously disclosed or anticipated.

Payments and Financing

Payments for services are due in accordance with terms specified in your signed contract. Financing options are available through third-party financing partners, subject to approval. Terms of financing are governed by agreements with the respective third-party lender and are not controlled by MEI.

Installation and Warranties

Solar Panel Installation

We offer customized solar panel installations tailored to your home’s specific energy needs. Our expert team ensures installations are performed safely, professionally, and in compliance with local building codes.

Solar Battery Installation

We install battery backup systems designed to store excess solar energy. Battery installations ensure a continuous energy supply during power outages or peak demand hours.

Main Panel Upgrades

We provide electrical panel upgrade services to ensure compatibility and safety of your solar system installation.

Warranty

MEI provides industry-leading warranties for your peace of mind:

  • Solar Panels: 25-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and performance guarantees.

  • Monitoring Equipment and Installation: 10-year limited warranty covering monitoring systems, installation workmanship, and related components.

Warranty claims are subject to compliance with recommended maintenance practices outlined at installation.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information is required for customized quotations.

  • Maintaining your solar system according to manufacturer guidelines.

  • Ensuring timely payments as agreed upon in the service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Modern Energy Innovations shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services, except where expressly prohibited by law. Liability, if any, will be limited to the total amount paid by you for the applicable services.

Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms. We recommend periodically reviewing this page for updates.

Termination

MEI reserves the right to terminate service agreements immediately in the event of non-payment, breach of these Terms, or fraudulent activities. Upon termination, all unpaid fees become immediately due.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. You agree that disputes arising under or relating to these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved in courts located within Los Angeles County, California.
